The Ministry of Environment needed a traceability solution to manage and improve industrial waste throughout the country. Focusing on improving sustainability and solving problems related to efficiency, scope and quality of services provided to stakeholders.

WE CONNECT STAKEHOLDERS TO GENERATE PROPER HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL

A key phase of our project was the product discovery process. We started with a Design Thinking workshop that incorporated card sorting dynamics, focused on defining the basic waste stream from generation to final treatment. During this process, we identified weaknesses, stakeholder conflicts and key areas for intervention.

To gain an in-depth understanding of the processes involved, we visited various stakeholders in different regions of the country. With this information, we addressed the fundamental questions (who, what, when, where and why), thus obtaining a global view of the problem.

The valuable insights gained during this process were essential for the creation of a cone of vision. This approach allowed us to accurately explore the client's current needs and design solutions aligned with the proposed objectives.

Thanks to geolocation and the Supplier Reputation Index (PRI), our solution supports business decisions at every step of the process, resulting in faster, better and more reliable waste management, with a major impact on productivity, capacity, response time and communication between all stakeholders.

In the first year alone, our solution won 3 different awards from the Uruguayan Government, the Latin American Innovation Network and the Industrial Chamber of Commerce in recognition of impact, innovation and project execution.
