Car One is a company dedicated to the automotive sector with a strong presence in LATAM. It offers a wide range of services related to the sale of new and used vehicles, as well as after-sales and financing services.

Grupo Santa Rosa is a Uruguayan company with diversified activities, ranging from the marketing of vehicles to the provision of financial and insurance services. It is recognized for its presence in various sectors of the Uruguayan market, including the automotive sector, where it works with Car One, among other companies.

what was the customer's need?

Car One - Grupo Santa Rosa needed a comprehensive solution that would improve communication with their customers throughout their business relationship, meaning, from the moment users are considering becoming customers, until they are already loyal consumers of the brand.

In addition, they wanted to increase transparency and traceability of information, as well as digitize internal processes to improve operational efficiency.

Broadly speaking, they wanted to ensure that everything a customer had to manage in relation to their car could be done through a single platform.

We took on the challenge of creating a solution that not only met the client's needs, but also exceeded their expectations. Working closely with the Car One team, we developed a complete mobile application for customers, along with a back office platform to manage internal operations.

The final result

One+ is a platform developed for the integral management of customer communication from the dealership. Its purpose is to optimize time and save unnecessary management, both for customers and salespeople.

TECHNOLOGIES USED

PROJECT CHALLENGES

The project had significant challenges, but the biggest was undoubtedly creating around eight integrations, including technologies such as machine learning, OpenAI and financial gateways, as well as connections with CRMs and ERPS to ensure interoperability.

At the same time, to ensure that these integrations had data integrity and reliability across the platform.

The app is used for the processes of buying and selling new and used vehicles (processing payments, workshop agendas, customer contact, etc.), and also for a large number of after-sales services (e.g. workshop reservations, service, real-time car status notifications, and more).

It also has many utilities for the general public, such as instant notifications of fines on a vehicle, maps indicating gas and petrol stations, and other practical information, digitized and centralized on the platform.

EFFECTIVE AND TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION

This solution transformed the experience of both Car One and its customers. The trust placed by Car One in the GlobalUY team was fundamental throughout the process. Together, we were able to develop a tool that not only simplifies the lives of Car One employees by streamlining internal processes, but also improves the customer experience by providing effective and transparent communication channels.
